Luigi is a gracious host, and the place where his house is located is absolutely lovely. Note that this B&B isn't actually in Sorrento, it's located one town over, up in the hills above Sant'Agnello. To get to Sorrento you need to take a bus down the mountain, and then transfer in town. We didn't mind this, the views are great and you get away from the touristy areas. The only downside was the barking of dogs during the night, from nearby houses in the hills. Maybe it was the moon causing the raucous. Be sure to have a pair of earplugs handy! |

A really fancy sort of hostel with great facilities. The bathroom especially is very clean and modern. Staff are helpful too. Only pitfalls are that the room has no window and the location is a bit obscure - it found it by chance as the signage is not so good. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. Otherwise fine and I wish I was staying in beautiful Sorrento for much longer! |
