Great location to the train station but it takes a half hour walking to get to the heart of Florence. Bathrooms weren’t clean and bunk beds were very loud that if one person woke up the entire room did too. Rooms also kinda dirty. Staff was helpful and the dinner they provided for €7 was fantastic. As a young traveler wouldn’t recommend, nobody young was staying there so it was very antisocial. Wasn’t the worst hostel but sure wasn’t the best.

Great stay. Value for money. Good food. Comfy bed. Strong WiFi. Hair dryer. Good showers. Cheap bar. Friendly staff. Reasonably social.

I would definitely stay there again

staff was very friendly and extremly helpful from saying wich sites to see to were to go out for the night. the hostil is very close to the train station and quite central to most city attractions. doing laundry here is expensive and would advise most budget backpackers to wash before they come. also no stove top but they have breakfast and coffee/tea for everyone in the morning. great staff, great location, and very clean. will for sure be back.

Efficient staff, main host made feel welcome. More than one washroom per gender and a sink in the kitchen would help a lot. Common areas feel spacious and pleasant. A small wardrobe is assigned and a towel is provided. Good experience over all.

I only stayed for two nights in this hostel, good value for money, the windows have nets so you can leave then open at night and not get (many) mosquitos. Only bad point was the bathroom seemes clean when I arrived, but it didn't seem like they cleaned it at all afterwards.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place wasn't the most clean because of the residents staying there. There needs to be some maintenance work. One bathroom had a square piece of the ceiling missing. One toilet seat would slide to the side when you sat on it. One door to the bathroom was not easy to close and there was no way to lock it. The room we stayed in was right next to the busy street. I had to wear ear plugs, close the window, put down the rolo, and I could still hear the traffic.

Great location,very nice room, toilet and shower outside but avaliable all the time.Very kind and nice staff, very helpfull. Averything you need is very close, supermarket, pizzeria, shops, restaurants.

The apartment was very nice in very good position. We had a view on Duomo! Serena was so helpful with everything. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Everything is perfect! We spent the night in private 4 persons apartment with kitchen but we saw also other rooms and they are perfect too. Very nice staff.

This hostel is really nice! It's very close to the main railway station and in a walk-distance for the other attractions. The bedroom is cleaned everyday, and it's really big and comfy. The breakfast is ok, but don't expect much. But the best part, besides the room is the staff! They are really nice! They give you free maps and instructions on what to see and do and where to eat..my impression is that you have just to ask and if they can, they will help you! So I definetely would come back here!

I liked this guest house for its good disposition (2 min from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella railway station & for its freedom (you can come in and out whenever you want cause you have your own key from the front door). The room was big enough and clean & all the stuff very friendly =)) So, ye, I can advise you to stop here ;))

Quiet and clean place, and we had a pretty big room. Trying to get into the place was a little tricky, you basically have to ring the buzzer 14 times until the host hears you and comes up from another floor to let you in. Also, they took the remote for the AC (we had it for one day, then it was gone the next) and it was pretty warm in the room. Otherwise, stay was good.

They only spoke Italian and did not understand Spanish or English. However, the room was great, except that instead of 5 beds they had 3 and pull-out couch and trundle bed and the shower was very small and I could not figure out how to change the temperature of the water, so my shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Great location though, right by the train station and practically a straight path to the duomo and pontevecchio

the most lovely hostel I have stayed. The staff and the hostel make me love Florence more. The staff is really nice and supportive. I was totally happy.

Location easy to find. Check in between 09:00 to 13:00. At other times appointment is required. Place is very clean and value for money. However, bit difficult to get bathroom between 08:00 to 09:00 hours when most people are getting ready to go out
